You can choose the olive all&#8217;ascolana DOP (made with with locally-sourced ingredients), or variants such as the delicious truffle and vegetarian ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nudo e Crudo<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>The doors of Nudo e Crudo open onto the north quay of San Benedetto harbour and from the tables there is a beautiful view of the sea and the fishing boats, the soul of the city. The counter is full of traditional gastronomy proposals, made with quality ingredients.local Very popular is the fried fish, which tastefully mixes seafood specialities with the excellent olive all&#8217;ascolana.
